My experience at t ADP has been both rewarding and challenging, shaped by a combination of strong teamwork, structured sales processes, and a culture that values customer relationships. The emphasis on data-driven strategies and ongoing support from Marketing and leaders has been instrumental in achieving my targets. However, there were challenges, such as navigating fluctuating market demands and adapting to evolving product offerings due to Covid-19. ADP has a great product in an over saturated industry. Dependent on role type, you either have partners to pull referrals from or find new on your own. They place an emphasis on training, but this is a beginner role based off of total compensation.

Base salary could be higher and commission structure could be more transparent. I do enjoy having flexibility in my workday.
