It's a great product for small businesses and does help them out a ton especially if they are looking to grow. Often times management is pushy and doesn't care about client relationships or selling clients the right product they just want to sell the most expensive. They have a similar approach with business partners. It's very "what can you give me" rather than relationship building. It seems the best reps are those that actually take the time to build their business relationships and get referrals from their partners.

It was very good. The training was the highlight and there was good incentive. The base pay was low especially for the driving around. Good management but micromanagement at times.
