If you're willing to put in the work and effort, this job is "easy." When I say work, I specifically mean it's completely on you to prospect, build relationships, get the sale, generate referrals, and build referral partners. You will grind until you die at this place. It really is about how much you're willing to deal with until you move on or get promoted. Most people use this place as a spring board to other opportunities and you'll see why if you join. If you don't get lucky in your 1st year then you won't last long.
