My overall experience was insightful, challenging, and rewarding. Ebbs and flows are natural with any sales role, though, what truly matters for a fulfilling career is finding an organization that holds your same values, proactive leadership, and products you wholeheartedly believe in. Training and leadership development were great, but work input to compensation output ratio weren't ideal as you moved up as compared to similar roles. Although I was in a mid-market role, working cross functionally with Majors and enterprise colleagues allows me to see their perspective and it was similar experiences across all other business groups. Great experience, simply wasn't a great fit for me and that's okay!

It all started out with a supportive interview and the typical smiling VP/BOSS - red flag should have been that the higher ups I met had been with the company for 15-30 years and the newest person on my team was on their 8th year.
