Ebbs and flows are natural with any sales role, though, what truly matters for a fulfilling career is finding an organization that holds your same values, proactive leadership, and products you wholeheartedly believe in.
Training and leadership development were great, but work input to compensation output ratio weren't ideal as you moved up as compared to similar roles. Although I was in a mid-market role, working cross functionally with Majors and enterprise colleagues allows me to see their perspective and it was similar experiences across all other business groups.
Great experience, simply wasn't a great fit for me and that's okay! Current Employee A lot of competition between co workers. Solid name but too many of us
