9 months into the job, SBS outside sales. Pretty solid training, management at my level has been excellent. Culture is supportive but a bit high on the koolaid at times. The product is the industry leader but is not what I’d necessarily call the best in its space. Lots of room for advancement but my understanding is that the compensation overall is below average in this industry. Lots of potential for internal politics and struggle with the way non-payroll products are handled.
