I'm a field rep. Made $140k gross in my second full year. Base salary was 56k. That's with hitting 175% annual quota and qualifying for president's club that year. Great place to learn sales and make good money. Very stressful and you deal with a lot of internal BS. ex: constantly selling against ADP inside sales reps who can call on your accounts 30 days after you start them.

Being one of the top Payroll companies in the world I would expect our Small Business Product to be “the Apple of the payroll world” but it definitely feels lacking.
