Immediate leadership is lacklustre. Executive leadership seems good though. Very old school, American company. You need to like one role and one role only for career growth. God forbid you have multiple attributes that would be very applicable to many positions. At ADP.. pick one role only otherwise you will be seen as confused and unsure what you want.
Very minimal training beyond the initial hiring, but there are plenty of resources to learn yourself. I’d say the majority of people are willing to help you as long as you’re nice so that’s good.
Commission structure is ok, feels like it could be better. ADP audits yours sales after 6-12 months, so that sale you busted for could eventually be lost due to a poor customer service issue. Doesn’t happen frequently for myself at least, but stinks when it happens. Easy enough to outsell them.
Obviously it’s easy to think of the negatives. ADP overall feels solid, but things could be run better. Suppose most companies are like that.
