Current Employee3.6Aug 1, 2024SMB AE, is very very intense. Depending on how you get hired, you work to farm referrals from CPA or Banks. It’s a GREAT first job, and you learn a lot. The upside is if you’re a top performer (hitting club) you’re making probably making $150k

But what they don’t tell you is that the turnover is high not because the job sucks, but mostly because you get super high offers from other sales jobs that double your earnings just because you worked at ADP (known for the amazing sales training). The base salary is low compared to other organizations, but if you are a top performer, commission structures will help you get to 100k.
