Great company… I spent 11 years at ADP in both account executive and sales leadership roles. If you are the top 10% and hit presidents club, you can make good money. Politics do play a part in your success so do not burn bridges and main it in a strong internal brand.

The corporate training is good. In person training outside of corporate varies based on the region. Your experience will vary even more based on your direct team manager. High turnover position. Your success will depend on your region, role type, manager, personal input, and luck.

ADP was a great company, largely supported by great people working there. The main issues were the over-complication of the GTM strategy, and the incessant in-fighting of departments. Internal strife and complexities made the job far more difficult than it needed to be.
