My general experience at ADP included very thorough training, consistency within leadership (both for good and bad), a very poor market fit (+ COVID), and a below average base salary with very high commission potential.

ADP was a great company to start at for my sales career. The training was great, opportunity was abundant but the pay could definitely be better

ADP SBS is for entry level candidates. The base salary is low compared to other organizations, but if you are a top performer, commission structures will help you get to 100k.
