ADP was a great company, largely supported by great people working there. The main issues were the over-complication of the GTM strategy, and the incessant in-fighting of departments. Internal strife and complexities made the job far more difficult than it needed to be.

Lots of repetition and lots of meetings. Every day starts the same 8 AM meeting going over the same stuff usually. Constant role-plays, constant team, Diles, there’s really a lack of trust but it’s great if you don’t know what you’re doing..

10% starting commission percentage of ACV. Client needs to run 2 payrolls to keep the awarded commission. After you have hit 100% of your annual quota (around $200k in your first couple years), you then get bumped up to 20% commission rate.
