A lot of changes needed in this organization. We spend a crazy amount of time on useless meetings every week. Sales reps are free to be wherever except for Fridays where the entire office sits around socializing until 5 pm.

If you're willing to put in the work and effort, this job is "easy." When I say work, I specifically mean it's completely on you to prospect, build relationships, get the sale, generate referrals, and build referral partners. ADP was a great company, largely supported by great people working there. The main issues were the over-complication of the GTM strategy, and the incessant in-fighting of departments. Internal strife and complexities made the job far more difficult than it needed to be.
