My overall experience has been solid. Great training program, awesome for individuals right out of school or looking to transition into sales. SMB space is tough 90% of deals won on price, best thing to do for success is to get in with some great accountants/bankers.

Extremely low base salary for field sales reps. Base salaries can vary depending on where you live, but here in Texas expect to be offered $45,000 base as ADM.
