Base salaries can vary depending on where you live, but here in Texas expect to be offered $45,000 base as ADM.
Even working extra hours and hitting all metrics, expect your pay to be underwhelming during your first 18 months in the job.
With that said, the job is really fun. The culture is welcoming, and my teammates are now my close friends.
The role also does get easier once you’re more seasoned.
After you grow your relationships, you’ll start getting paid to have good conversations with partners. You’ll genuinely consult small business owners on how to improve their current payroll/hr operations. It’s very rewarding.
