Very aggressive sales culture where territories overlap which is a constant stressor for sales employees. Management is lacking and PEO sales org has a toxic culture which favors internal ADP employees who’ve promoted up into their roles vs outside hires. Resources will be allocated to some but not all leaving many to fend for themselves literally. Do not recommend.

Good training, but many clients get constant emails and calls from different departments such as retirement, health and benefits non stop
