Very aggressive sales culture where territories overlap which is a constant stressor for sales employees. Management is lacking and PEO sales org has a toxic culture which favors internal ADP employees who’ve promoted up into their roles vs outside hires. Resources will be allocated to some but not all leaving many to fend for themselves literally. Do not recommend.

If you're willing to put in the work and effort, this job is "easy." When I say work, I specifically mean it's completely on you to prospect, build relationships, get the sale, generate referrals, and build referral partners. Huge company, with many different teams and opportunities. In coming years the mid-market divisions will struggle to compete with the new and disruptive companies that are leading with innovation. Company culture hasn't changed since the 90s and that is reflected in the salaries too.
