Current Employee3.6Oct 30, 2024Plenty of resources to train you up. However, management tells you to set appts with current clients since it is easier, yet many of them have already been ravaged by literally 10 other sellers all selling something else and sometimes there are conflicts. The ADP ecosystem of sellers is complex and sometimes too much.

Former Employee2.9Oct 30, 2023Very high turnover, opportunity is not equally distributed. Leaders have the tendency to choose favorites and provide them with better opportunity.

Former Employee4.0Feb 12, 2024My overall experience with ADP was great for an entry level role. I’d highly recommend. Other, more sustainable opportunities open up after you succeed here. Great for entry before med sales
