Plenty of resources to train you up. However, management tells you to set appts with current clients since it is easier, yet many of them have already been ravaged by literally 10 other sellers all selling something else and sometimes there are conflicts. The ADP ecosystem of sellers is complex and sometimes too much.

Great place to cut your teeth. Good training org, will instill great work ethic and hunter mentality. Only stay if you get good territory/opportunity otherwise you’ll be grinding away for pennies on the dollar.
