Good company. Only flaw is they over hire and under pay. Comp plans are far below standard compared to the industry. Leadership, product, career growth and customer base are all very strong.

Culture is good, product is great in the market and general sentiment from clients is a great one. Base comp is not competitve and the commission structure is poor. Below market.
