There are hopes of an IPO but to do this, toxic leaders need to be replaced with experienced and respectable ones. Current Employee2.3Apr 3, 2025New product acquisitions have not gone according to plan. Products are very SMB focused, where Mid-Market and Enterprise are not getting traction yet. Many reps are flocking to SMB in order to have any chance at making commission or hitting target. Will take time for 1Password's identity to change to the general market.
