The majority of the sales leadership team is very questionable. There are hopes of an IPO but to do this, toxic leaders need to be replaced with experienced and respectable ones. Over the last year most sales reps are no where near achieving quota, despite working very hard, and nothing is being done about this aside from over hiring and avoiding obvious problems that need to be addressed

Really good product for what it is and they just released a 2nd product. Problem is accounts are burned through and 0 ability to focus on building solid pipeline.

The sales org has some great people within it and the product is fantastic but no one hits target on SMB. I’m talking 1 person this quarter. They’ve increased targets by 100% since March and have not followed it up with any enablement to support that increase.
