Currently the North American team is managed out of Europe. Time zones, culture differences, lack of marketing budget along with no brand name recognition make working for absent management beyond frustrating.

Wonderful place to work. Even with most people being remote, the environment is friendly, collaborative, and supportive. Company has been through multiple reorgs in the last few years, all the while maintaining nearly all staff, minus those that chose to leave. Highly recommend anyone looking at a potention move to check out WK.

Zero is on the table for SE’s at WK. it’s not a commission based plan. You’re on a profit sharing plan with an 80% attainment cliff. 79%=0.
