I wish I never took the job. The CEO is a maniac who interfered in ways I have never experienced. The product is weak. Customers have no idea how to get value out of it. Shady leadership, didn't pay full commissions.

Product Market Fit is solid and the strategic vision of the company appears to be set up for success. Company came out of stealth mode 2 years ago so things still change constantly, and the founder/CEO is very involved in deals. The sales process is a grind. No inbound flow, so it's a LOT of cold calling with little name recognition. It takes a huge amount of effort to get new meetings.
