Sadly we keep under investing in our people and marketing. What used to be a place to make a healthy sales career and income has diminished significantly over the last 2 years. Many mistakes made when it comes to payouts and manipulation of payment structures has left us making less and less money. Add in the lack of investment into marketing and Lead flow , it is setting up a recipe for disaster and for people to make less than 100,000 a year and it's current structure in sales.

My overall rating for this company has gone down over the years. C Suite does see the market and continues to higher quotas. They are making it harder for employees to hit goals and get commission checks. Why higher quota when less than 20% of your sales team is hitting then say if 80% of quota isn’t attained the rep doesn’t get a commission check. Sales reps do not...Read More
