My overall experience has been dissapointing, lots of turnover and changes. The company does not seem to know which direction they would like to go in. They also have lowered the OTE which increasing quota which is a slap in the face to reps.

The carrier side is much easier to hit targets. Broker sales targets are way too high and not adjusting to the declining broker market. The base pay is entirely too low on both sides.
