My experience with the company was significantly different based on who I reported too. Change was constant including leadership and direction.

The carrier side is much easier to hit targets. Broker sales targets are way too high and not adjusting to the declining broker market. The base pay is entirely too low on both sides.

My overall rating for this company has gone down over the years. C Suite does see the market and continues to higher quotas. They are making it harder for employees to hit goals and get commission checks. Why higher quota when less than 20% of your sales team is hitting then say if 80% of quota isn’t attained the rep doesn’t get a commission check. Sales reps do not...Read More
