My overall rating for this company has gone down over the years. C Suite does see the market and continues to higher quotas. They are making it harder for employees to hit goals and get commission checks. Why higher quota when less than 20% of your sales team is hitting then say if 80% of quota isn’t attained the rep doesn’t get a commission check. Sales reps do not have prior contact, and marketing targets all accounts with promotions so customer can buy online.
