They are making it harder for employees to hit goals and get commission checks. Why higher quota when less than 20% of your sales team is hitting then say if 80% of quota isn’t attained the rep doesn’t get a commission check. Sales reps do not have prior contact, and marketing targets all accounts with promotions so customer can buy online.
