Leadership changes the commission structure fairly often. Not a lot of transparency into how commission pays out. You don't get a lot of training or support except from the other members of the sales team.

Overall, the company has hit a certain point where leadership is trying to adjust to market shifts, but is doing a poor job. Customers continue placing LMS products on the shortlist of LMS considerations for selected vendors but a lack of leadership at the top and not focusing on supporting sales is not setting up the sales team to be successful and meet quota targets. Tough place to work for at this time and making commissions is becoming more and more difficult.
