More volatile than I expected at startup. Ultimately, the leadership changes haven’t been for the better from a sales perspective. Sales isn’t well supported in the org and it has lead to lots of rep turnover/termination.

Frustrating. Inbound only role which is nice but the leadership is horrendous outside of the sales managers.

Leadership changes the commission structure fairly often. Not a lot of transparency into how commission pays out. You don't get a lot of training or support except from the other members of the sales team.
