Overall, the company has hit a certain point where leadership is trying to adjust to market shifts, but is doing a poor job. Quotas were doubled after adjusting team size and no one will make their OTE. The current sales leader is an operations guy, so automation is key and required. He is also a big fan of scripting and process, which does not work well with a consultative approach. The current team is too small for the volumes expected, but are viewed not at capacity, as reporting is missing data points. Overall, this is not somewhere I would recommend pursuing as it currently sits.

Leadership changes the commission structure fairly often. Not a lot of transparency into how commission pays out. You don't get a lot of training or support except from the other members of the sales team.
