Was with Talend for 2 years as an AE. Had a great experience the first 1.5 years, but it went downhill in Dec 2022. Talend was recently acquired by Qlik and they cut most of the sales org (kept only top performers). Great product but not an easy sell. Tough market right now.

Talend was great until the SAP leadership came in, went downhill fast under them, they sold us off to a PE firm so they could get their own bag and it’s stayed sliding downhill ever since
