Difficult culture to get started. Training is more on product mix than end user solutions. No commission/variable comp, secretive management.

Disorganized, frustrating, chaotic. Needs new leadership in the worst way. Everyone is worried about stealing everyone else’s opportunities instead of generating their own. Management encourages this and our CEO just stated in a corporate meeting that this is intentional.

Supermicro sales is the chaotic wild west where teams fight over accounts and the rules don't apply equally to everyone.
