Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall it’s been a good experience but the last couple of years have been bumpy.
Lots of changes the last few years in terms of leadership which has lead to different messaging internally about what’s important and priority changes across the company.
Segment is refocusing the product towards where the market is moving which is positive. But that refocus might be too late as the competition has caught up in a major way.
Revenue growth has slowed down considerably in the last 2 years and many AEs are not coming close to hitting their quotas.
AWESOME people are at Segment and pay is generally strong with good perks from Twilio. Browse Other Reviews
