Joined a new org as a product line expert selling into a defined territory. Quotas seem high and deal sizes aren’t big enough…. Leadership is supportive and process is good. Still bullish on Rubrik but people haven’t made great money the last 12 months.

If you are good at your job and have a supportive ecosystem, can easily hit quota. Very serious about HIGH volume KPIs. Much higher than industry average. Quotas becoming somewhat unreasonable. Clear path to promotion but strong competition.

When they shifted from 30ish accounts to 15 strategic net new logos everyone suffered unless they had a ton of pipeline going into the FY25 fiscal when I was there. Everyone has backups already and they sign 3 year contracts.
