If you are good at your job and have a supportive ecosystem, can easily hit quota. Very serious about HIGH volume KPIs. Much higher than industry average. Quotas becoming somewhat unreasonable. Clear path to promotion but strong competition.

Rubrik is a solid company with a great product and solid PMF. The CEO is fantastic and willing to help move deals forward. However, it seems to greatly depends on your manager and account list to determine your success. Ramp is minimal (you will have a quota day 1), and onboarding takes a full quarter to complete.
