Sales functioned like an upside down triangle where leaders were motivated to help the front-line teams succeed. Today sales leadership and sales enablement just pushes down and is killing the culture. It’s unclear whether sales leadership knows of this problem - no encouragement just do more NBMs, PG, PG… great product, great customers but leadership needs to take a step back, slow down and stop driving people out.
