Solid technology, great team and good people, but there was difficulty scaling this product down to Mid-Market customers given the high base cost. Much greater penetration of the Enterprise and Public Sector markets.

My overall experience was extremely poor at Recorded Future. Although the product is built well, it is very overpriced making it near impossible for commercial businesses to make a purchase. Great product, company has a ton of issues with turnover. New president and board who are hungry to sell the company. Just cut CRO, VP of SEs and VP of Public Sector and CPO. Morale is low.
