Solid technology, great team and good people, but there was difficulty scaling this product down to Mid-Market customers given the high base cost. Much greater penetration of the Enterprise and Public Sector markets.

My overall experience was extremely poor at Recorded Future. Although the product is built well, it is very overpriced making it near impossible for commercial businesses to make a purchase. Solid company, category leading product. Great public sector and large enterprise customer base. Scales up to these larger use cases very well but had difficulty scaling down to Mid-Market budgets and cyber security maturities
