My overall experience was extremely poor at Recorded Future. Although the product is built well, it is very overpriced making it near impossible for commercial businesses to make a purchase. Very few reps get within even 50% of hitting their quota, and if they are it is strictly due to territory and not skill/effort. Unfortunately sales leadership has not been through training, so there is a lack of feedback when it comes to why reps can't hit their numbers and ultimately has lead to very high turnover rates. This is not a company to join if you are looking to actually sell, make money and build your skills.

Solid company, category leading product. Great public sector and large enterprise customer base. Scales up to these larger use cases very well but had difficulty scaling down to Mid-Market budgets and cyber security maturities
