Bipolar leadership. Reps battling for accounts. Tech is good but is considered a nice to have by most. Majority of reps don’t last a year.

Solid company, category leading product. Great public sector and large enterprise customer base. Scales up to these larger use cases very well but had difficulty scaling down to Mid-Market budgets and cyber security maturities

I love Recorded Future of old. Such a fun but demanding place to work. People who worked hard were successful and rewarded well. Things have changed in the past 12 months VP of NA was pushed out and the Director of Enterprise left. The culture changed when they left and PE firm has got their hands everywhere. Overall I would still recommend this as a place to work...Read More

Leadership & Management: - Incompetent leadership, does not want to innovate and allow younger generation of BDRs to find success using newer methods - Micromanagement, getting in the way of productivity - Management is not truthful about working arrangements, HR policies are not abided by Work: - BDRs are set up to fail - Misalignment between sales & BDR goals
