Unfortunately the best time to be part of Placer.ai was in 2022. Placer has became extremely toxic culture that lacks transparency. Working for Placer is probably about equal to being in Germany in the 1940s ! The company is promoting SDRs non stop and most of the AE team doesnt come anywhere close to hitting quota but they keep adding more reps.

Overall working at Placer.ai could be ok if you have the right manager and vertical. The current leads are over worked. In order to actually find time to prospect you will be required working night and weekends. Its just the ways of the toxic bro SDR culture at Placer.
