Former Employee The company culture is fine if you live in the UK. The culture in America was absent. On company calls there were almost always remarks about how stupid Americans are.

Comments like the ones you mentioned are completely unacceptable and do not reflect our values or the culture we work hard to maintain.
While we are proud of the support we provide across our global organization and believe remote work offers valuable flexibility to our team, we recognize that remote work can be challenging and is not for everyone.
Having been in the U.S. market for over five years, with it representing 50% of our business, we remain committed to its growth and the success of our U.S. team. While remote work remains central to our operating model, we continually refine our approach to ensure our team feels supported.
We appreciate your insights and will continue taking steps to improve the employee experience and ensure that respect and inclusion are upheld across all teams.
