This is a great role for an experienced ESD that can manage their time well and can prospect/identify the right persona. Not a 'Spray and Pray' Role.

My overall experience was that there was a lack training and direction/support from leadership. There isn't much of a product mix, therefore clients often see solution as a "one trick pony". Executive leadership doesn't seem to have a great understanding of the US market as they all sit in Switzerland.
