My overall experience was poor due to being located in the US. There is a lack of support for the US team and an obvious bias.

While we are proud of the support we provide across our global organization and believe remote work offers valuable flexibility to our team, we recognize the unique challenges of operating in a geographically dispersed market like the U.S. and understand that it’s not for everyone. The U.S. market remains a core priority for us, is critical to our strategy, and we are committed to its growth and the success of our U.S. team. While remote work remains central to our operating model, we are continually refining our approach to ensure our team here feels supported. To that end, we have significantly increased the budget for in-person meetings and team events to cultivate better relationships and shared understanding across the team.
