Good products, but some operational issues. Good work/life balance. Leadership is a bit disorganized but we are standing up new systems so this should smooth out in the near term. Owned by PE so very focused on results.

Company spun-off from VMware, so everything is brand new and going through the growing-pains. Current Compensation was from the VMware days, which was great. But not getting a pay adjustment for the last two years due to the Broadcom acquisition has been tough.
