My experience was good for an entry-level role. The training is the best thing about the company if you take advantage of it.

Every position here outside of SDRs are held on non-recoverable draws. The roles are intense with high quotas and tough to see commissions especially during a down market. Overall memoryBlue is an awesome place to start your Tech Sales Career. Although the job is not for everyone, this role will develop you into an Enterprise SDR/ AE with focused hard work.

It was a good first job in tech sales, learned a lot and theyre very accepting of individuals directly out of college. However, since they do typically hire college grads, the pay is not all that glamorous and you can be making more elsewhere.
