Good company for someone brand new to sales but you're very limited compensation wise. Prepare for empty promises in regards to upward mobility.

Do no waste your time. This company is terrible. They retroactively change commission structure (illegal). They do not pay commission that was earned (illegal). The commission payout is 60 days after a selling month, and they are never correct. Upper management has no relevant business leadership experience.
