A typical high-performing BDR is in the role for 1-1.5 years. Memfault created a new position between BDR and AE, the ISR, to be a midway point to "help BD transition into AEs". Quota is unrealistic. Commission incentives are not fair. Good product but has broken processes. Not much inbound.
