Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Horrible, turn over rate should tell you all you need to know. Too much going on here to even speak about. Salary starts at the lowest possible. They want kids out of college who cant ask for more money but they want the experience of someone with 5 years to work for 32k. The leadership is horrible they play favorites like a kids baseball team. The president is more concerned with the lighting in his office than what goes on in the sales floor but they want those high numbers no less. Don't ask for anything unless it is a company brand pen. They watch your every move in the office or remote. Some teams are full of middle aged bullies. Truly one of the worst jobs ive ever had.
