Jamd is declining quickly. There is a lot of chatter about returning to the office. It is a good product and a strong market fit, but the pay is not worth it if they truly enforce consistently going into the office.

Jamf has been a great company to work for. Though it has been tough to break into the security side of things which is essentially what I get compensated being that I work with existing customers and most companies are not increasing headcount.

Jamf boasts a great culture with very high ratings for middle managers. 2024 brought significant market challenges that put individual contributors in a tough spot.
