The company has gone through many phases and distinctly different cultures. Especially in Sales the culture has been very blunt, unnecessarily harsh and not rewarding. At the time it was my main reason to leave. Since then the Sales leadership team has been revamped completely. The culture should be more constructive today. Infor is well positioned in the core ERP market with its verticalized Cloud solutions. It's a replacement market though and implementations can be heavy lifting. On the peripherical solutions surrounding ERP (SCM, CRM, HCM, PLM, etc) Infor is struggling to keep up with the market. The solutions are sufficiently feature-rich and come largely pre-integrated (huge benefit!) but point solutions may be more modern and advanced as they may not carry much legacy to maintain. This remains a market which is under financial scrutiny which means there's always cost cutting somewhere at Infor too. In the end your colleagues make the difference. The overall combination of elements is good at Infor. The company is mature and stable under the Koch ownership. If you find your spot and the team feels good, you may find yourself a great new journey with Infor. It's certainly worth considering.
