My overall experience has been fairly positive. You can make good money with commissions and they were upfront with me on how I would need to be patient to start seeing consistent deals coming through. They have a good process to follow for the sales cycle. The culture is good and positive within the sales teams themselves and gets murky outside of your team. Base compensation and benefits are very lacking. Your base barely covers insurance no paid time off either. I was told unlimited vacation but that is not the case. You have to hit quota before you get unlimited that year.

Not good. Company viewed as a dictatorship; you are just a number that is viewed as replaceable under any means. Commission checks take months, low hourly pay ($10/hr), and commissions are cut if VP's and CEOs think the commission is too high. Dramatic office, terrible insurance, and no culture. Overall iWorQ is a great place to work. Employees and leadership are great for the most part. Main drawback is base salary is $10/hr so it’s difficult to make ends meet when you don’t have deals closing.
